My Facilitation Kit

About two years ago, I toyed around with the idea of a “Scrum Master Emergency Kit“. Today I’d like to show you the kit tray I really use. I hope it’s useful for people new to facilitating retrospectives (or meetings in general):

Anyone else up to showing how they haul around their stuff? And what stuff it is in particular?

I’ll bite. I wrote a post on my Agile Kit a while back (I’m not brave enough to appear on camera):

It is too large to take with me to sessions. Instead, before any session I’m facilitating, I pack a little “go bag” of what I’ll need from the contents of the kit.

Great! Much more extensive write-up than mine 🙂 You’re post wasn’t even that long ago.
You’re absolutely right about the Smartphone: I also take mine to take a photo of the action items.

What do you think?
